This was largely due to the stunning Patek Phillipe 5004T piece unique that sold for 2,950,000 euros (around $3.985,000). This record-breaking result, which is well above the estimated price of 400,000 to 600,000 euros, is an annual event that benefits Duchenne muscular Dystrophy Research. All 33 watches auctioned at the exclusive Monte Carlo event were sold. Some of them even exceeded their estimated prices. The majority of these timepieces were sold above their estimates, but some models fell below the expectations of watchmakers and event organizers.

The estimated price of EUR 15,000 - EUR 20,000 for the Maurice Lacroix Seconde Mysterieuse Watch reached EUR 30,000. Finally, the Girard-Perregaux Chrono Hawk finished the auction at EUR 32,000.
